This week for me was all about moving on from the holidays...finally. I had a hard time letting go. But I did. I tracked and I was careful to eat within my daily points. need to work in the gym regularly now as I head into next week!! I still gained from my last weigh in right before Christmas, but life goes on. Ultimately, between my weigh in right before Halloween and this weigh in as my first official one after New Year's Day, I gained 6.8. Not too bad. Not where I had hoped to be, but I'm not going to get down on myself. I'm moving forward and taking it one day, one meal at a time. If there is any advice I can give about this process, it's that...take it one day, one meal at a time. The small losses can be frustrating at times, but trust me when I say they add up. Life is meant to be lived, so if there are special treats that come into your life once a year, take the time to enjoy them! Life is way to short not to be enjoyed!!! Hoping for better news next week for my journey. One thing is for sure...I'm still on the journey!!
